Our administrative offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
In addition to the holidays stated above, our fulfillment office is closed on the following U.S. Postal holidays: Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, Presidents’ Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day. If you ordered / redeemed any gift cards 3 - 5 days prior to any of the holidays listed above, expect a 2 - 3 day delay.
Payment Options and Billing Inquiries
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. When we process credit card transactions, we use high security e-commerce technology to encrypt your personal information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so that only QuickGifts can read your personal information. It is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet
than in a restaurant or department store.
All purchases made on this site will appear as "QuickGifts" on your credit card statement. If you have a question regarding a charge on your credit card statement, please contact billing at 800.440.2065.
A Confirmation Number (Purchases) and Reference Number (Claims) is generated immediately following the completion of your order/claim. The same number is emailed to the address you provided including all of the information you submitted with your order. If you believe you completed your order but did not receive a Confirmation Number, it is likely that your order was not submitted successfully. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

Holiday Shipping & Delivery
The following holidays listed are honored by the U.S. Postal Service: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday (Presidents Day), Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If you ordered / claimed any gift cards 3-5 days prior to any of the holidays listed above, expect a 2-3 day delay. Digital gift card orders are not affected by holiday delays.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If your order requires a change or needs to be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes as long we receive them before the order has been prepared for delivery / redemption. All cancellations are subject to the applicable service fee.
Giving and Claiming a Dibbs Card
What is the Dibbs card?
The Dibbs card is a gift certificate that can be redeemed at the QuickGifts Card Mall. The Dibbs card can be exchanged for merchant gift cards or certificates from thousands of national and local stores, restaurants, hotels, and more. The Dibbs card is redeemable only at the QuickGifts Card Mall and cannot be used on the websites or in the stores of our merchant partners. The Dibbs card is not redeemable for cash.
Where can I redeem my Dibbs card?
The Dibbs card can be redeemed at our Card Mall for any participating merchant.
Important: The dibbs card will not be accepted at retail locations. The dibbs card can only be redeemed at the QuickGifts Card Mall. The dibbs card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The dibbs card cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. The dibbs card value is in US dollars. QuickGifts makes no warranty regarding any good or service you may receive in connection with your use of this card. QuickGifts assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any type or nature which arises out of the use of this card and/or the performance of any third party provider. The total value of the card must be redeemed at one time. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
How can the Dibbs card be delivered?
The Dibbs card can be delivered by email, postal mail or printed at any workstation with a printer.
How do I redeem the Dibbs card?
Simply visit the QuickGifts Card Mall and start your search by your city, zip code, or merchant name. After selecting a gift card or gift certificate from your desired merchant(s), simply enter the dibbs gift code below into the dibbs code field found at checkout and your dibbs value will be applied to your order.
How do I find my Gift Code? My certificate has a PIN, but no Gift Code.
Your dibbs card Gift Code is a 9-digit alphanumeric code displayed in the email you received. If you received a physical dibbs card in the mail, it’s the code located on the back of the card.
Can I split my Dibbs card between multiple merchants?
Yes. You can use any combination of merchant gift cards to add up to or exceed the value of your Dibbs card. If you go over the value of your Dibbs card, you may pay the balance with a credit card when you checkout.
I don’t have enough value on my Dibbs card to redeem for the merchant I want. Can I add value to my Dibbs card?
Yes. If the merchant gift card(s) you have selected exceeds the value of your Dibbs card, you may enter a credit card during checkout to pay the balance.
Can I take my Dibbs card into a merchant’s store to shop?
No. The Dibbs card can only be redeemed on the QuickGifts Gift Card website or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-440-2065. Once you have redeemed your Dibbs card, you will be issued the merchant gift card(s) of your choice, which you can then take into a store or use to shop online (depending on the merchant).
Once I redeem my Dibbs card, how do I get my gift card(s)?
It depends on the merchant(s) you select when redeeming. If you would like to shop online rather than in a physical store, you may select a merchant from our list of online merchants, and your gift card will be sent to your email address. If you select a non-online merchant (which includes all restaurants, theaters, and hotels), your gift card(s) will be mailed to you at the address you enter when redeeming.
How long does it take to receive my merchant gift card(s) after redeeming a Dibbs card?
For digital gift cards there is generally a 2 business hours processing time after a gift card has been claimed then fulfilled. For physical gift cards there is generally a one business day processing time after a gift card has been claimed then fulfilled. U.S. Mail shipments are sent with First Class service, which generally delivers within 3-7 business days.
Please note: Due to unforeseen demand for certain merchant gift cards, the processing time for requests may occasionally extend beyond the above-stated processing time for physical gift cards to be shipped. You will receive an email from QuickGifts as soon as your gift card(s) has been shipped.
I am a gift recipient of one of your gifts, do I have to pay for shipping when I redeem a Dibbs card?
No. Shipping by U.S. First Class Mail is included in your gift. In some cases, you may choose to upgrade your shipping method if you wish to receive your gift cards more quickly. Shipping upgrades will be charged a fee that may be paid by credit card when you checkout.
Merchant Gift Cards
What merchant gift certificates does QuickGifts offer?
QuickGifts offers branded gift cards from thousands of national and local merchants, including stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, and more. The gift cards distributed by QuickGifts are the exact same gift cards that you would buy if you purchased directly from the merchant.
How can merchant gift cards be delivered?
Merchant gift cards may be delivered directly to your recipient via postal mail, or email depending on the merchant’s delivery method options. Some merchants also offer the option to notify your recipient of their gift via email, in which they can have a physical card mailed to them via USPS. Gift cards sent through the mail will be shipped using the method selected during checkout (US Mail or Priority Mail), and will include a printed certificate including your gift message.
If I send a merchant gift card via email, can my recipient print it out and shop at the merchant location?
No. Merchant gift cards that are sent via email notification will allow your recipient to view a certificate with your gift message online. They will then enter their Gift Code and mailing address, and the gift card will be sent via mail or email (depending on the merchant selected).
The email notification allows you to inform your recipient of their gift immediately. It is a perfect way to send a gift when you are shopping last-minute, or when you do not know the address where the gift card should be sent.
Do merchant gift cards expire?
Merchant gift cards all have unique terms and conditions that are stipulated by the specific merchant company. Many of our merchant gift cards do not expire, but others may carry an expiration date.
What if a merchant is no longer in business?
We promptly remove a retailer if it becomes clear that its financial condition harms its gift card program and our valued customers. If a merchant were to go out of business or go into bankruptcy prior to your use of all the value on their gift card, your sole and exclusive recourse with respect to the unused value of the gift card for that particular merchant is with the merchant in question. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions or input about our merchant partners.
My merchant gift card was lost or stolen. What do I do?
Since our merchants treat gift certificates like cash, QuickGifts is unable to replace gift certificates if they are lost or stolen after they are received.
Placing An Order
What credit cards do you accept?
QuickGifts accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What payment methods are acceptable?
QuickGifts accepts payment via the above-mentioned credit cards and PayPal.
What is a credit card Security Code (CSC) and why is it required?
The Card Security Code (CSC) is a security feature for credit card transactions, giving protection against credit card fraud. For your protection, the CSC is required for all orders placed with QuickGifts.
How do I find my credit card Security Code (CSC)?
American Express: The CSC is the 4-digit number printed on the front of the card directly above the embossed account number.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover: The CSC is the 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card.
What fees will be applied when I place an order?
Each order may include a Service Fee and Packaging & Delivery Fee based on the type of item. Fees included cover the cost of U.S. Mail shipping, packaging, and customer service. Service fees will not be applied to gift certificates when a Dibbs card is being redeemed as long as the Gift Code is redeemed for the equal dollar value of the gift cards and no upgrade in shipping is selected.
Shipping and Delivery Information
What shipping options are available at what cost?
Shipping options include U.S. Mail, Priority Mail, and FedEx. Shipping fees vary and are based on quantity submitted. We also offer digital delivery for specific merchants that choose to offer digital options.
Where are gift cards shipped from?
Gift cards are shipped from our fulfillment center which is located in Austin, Texas.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
QuickGifts cannot ship merchant gift cards internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
If I send my gift via U.S. Mail or Priority Mail, when will it be delivered?
There is generally a one business day processing time before gift cards are mailed from our fulfillment center in Austin, Texas. U.S. Mail shipments are sent with First Class service, which generally delivers within 5-7 business days. Priority Mail service generally delivers within 3 business days. However, since postal delays may occur, please allow 4 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 10 business days for USPS First Class Mail deliveries.
My gift was sent by mail and it hasn’t been received yet. What should I do?
If your order was shipped by U.S. Mail, please allow 13 days for delivery from the date it shipped.
Please note: QuickGifts will not be responsible for merchandise that is undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser’s failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 45 days have passed since the date QuickGifts shipped the gift card(s).
If I send my gift via email, when will it be delivered?
When you place an order for a Dibbs card or merchant gift card to be sent/notified by email, you will be asked to select a date to send the gift. If you select "Today" as the date to send, your gift will be sent immediately upon approval of the order. Gifts with a future date to send will be automatically sent from our system during the early morning hours of the date selected.
My gift was sent by email and it hasn’t been received. What should I do?
A variety of reasons can prevent a recipient from being able to receive an email from QuickGifts and others. Most common reasons include:
- Recipient’s spam setting is very high (sender is not on the safe list)
- Recipient’s email provider blocks the message
- Recipient’s email inbox has exceeded its size limit
- Invalid email address
- Email is accidentally deleted by the recipient
Account and Order Status
Do I need to have a QuickGifts account to place an order with QuickGifts?
No. Anyone may place an order with QuickGifts regardless of whether you have signed up for an account with QuickGifts. Simply shop for the gift cards you would like, and proceed through the check-out process.
However, with your own account, you can enjoy using multiple free benefits that will maximize the convenience of your shopping experience. Special features include:

How do I create an account?
You may create an account when placing an order at QuickGifts by clicking the Create Account button on
the checkout page.
Can I store billing and/or shipping addresses from previous orders?
If you are signed into your account when you place an order, you have the option to save or update shipping addresses in your Address Book for one-click access during future orders. Your billing address is also stored in your account, but may be edited during checkout if it has changed or you are using a new credit card with a different billing address.
Can I store my credit card information in my account?
For your security and privacy, QuickGifts does not store credit card information in your account. You will be required to enter all credit card information, including the Card Security Code (CSC) each time you place an order at QuickGifts.com.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address on the Password Help page and we will send your password to you.
Where can I access my order history?
If you have an account and are signed in, you may view a complete history of orders placed by visiting the Order History page. You can also view an individual order by going to the Order Status page.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online by going to the Order Status page and entering either your Order Confirmation Number or your Reference Number. You will then see the details of your order, including the date/time your order shipped.

Personal Information Collected by QuickGifts
We gather customer information that helps us achieve the goal of providing the highest quality services. The following are examples of information and records that could be maintained in order to provide services:
When you order, we need to know some personally identifiable information (that is, information containing specifics of who you are) including your name, mailing address, email address, credit card number, expiration date and phone number. We request this information to enable us to process and fulfill your order(s), keep you informed of your order status or when you want to set up an account for calendar reminders and other services we provide. For added security, we do not store your credit card number in our system. All along, our primary goal is to ensure that you receive a smooth, efficient and customized service while using our website.
When you order for a third party, and would like that sent directly to the intended recipient, you may need to provide a person’s name and other personal information. We save the minimum amount of information in order to process the order and maintain our records.
When using our website, you have the option to create a QuickGift’s user account. Doing so requires you to provide your email address, a user name and a password.
Financial Information & Payment Details. We may ask visitors to enter credit card or account information in order to process orders. Financial information provided via our website is transferred over a secure connection. We collect this information on a transaction-by-transaction basis and will not authorize the release of the information with anyone not directly involved in processing the transaction. This information may be encrypted and stored for logging purposes in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Promotions & Emails. We may send emails to our users announcing special promotions, changes in our services or other information we believe will be of interest to our users. If you choose to subscribe to our email list, we may ask for your name, email address and other pertinent information.
If you prefer not to receive our promotional emails, you can unsubscribe and/or change your email preferences by following the instructions provided in those email communications. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as purchase order confirmations.
Web Browsing & Cookies. In addition to information you submit to us, we may collect certain information using automated means such as cookies, web beacons, web server logs, or similar technologies to help us process your order. A cookie is a small text file that may not personally identify users, although it does identify a user’s computer, and certain combinations of use could allude or lead to the identification of a user. "Web beacons" assist in the delivery of Cookies, and they do not pose a threat to your computer, such as viruses.
We also may use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. These service providers help us understand our audience and analyze how visitors use our website. Terms & Conditions
All orders and redemptions are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. In the event an order or redemption is in question, we will send you an email requesting further correspondence by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a reply within a 24-hour period, the order in question may be cancelled.
The dibbs card is redeemable only at https://cardmall.quickgifts.com/ for gift cards or gift certificates from participating merchants. The dibbs card cannot be used in merchant stores or at the websites of QuickGifts participating merchants. The dibbs card may also be redeemed by calling 1-800-440-2065 for customers without internet access.
When you visit our website, place an order or gift card request (claim) or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on our website. QuickGifts is not responsible for merchants that are no longer in business or that change their location(s). QuickGifts may not be held responsible for the actions, product, or content of any merchant. QuickGifts is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into with the merchant as a result of your purchase of a gift card, and is not responsible for the quality of goods or services you acquire from a merchant or otherwise procure using a gift card acquired from QuickGifts. QuickGifts cannot ship merchant gift cards or certificates internationally. FedEx shipments will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that is not verified by a customer’s financial institution may cause delays. Emailed and physically shipped certificates are subject to the same verification rules, which could prevent an emailed certificate from being redeemable immediately upon purchase.
QuickGifts is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Returns and Exchanges
The dibbs card and merchant gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost or Stolen Cards
QuickGifts will not replace a gift card or certificate that is lost or stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer’s shipping location within 21 days of the shipment date, QuickGifts may cancel and replace the order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift card.
QuickGifts will not be responsible for gift cards or certificates that are undeliverable or are not received due to the purchaser or recipient’s failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 45 days have passed since QuickGifts shipped the gift card(s) or certificate(s).
